VICKI DUFFEY, Partner
Vicki joins The BauerWorks after a long career focused on her passion for dissecting data, and applying her insights to everything from marketing to new product development. Not only is she comfortable mining quantitative studies and examining a series of focus groups, she's actually got a long track record of helping to differentiate for competitive advantage.

Most recently, Vicki consulted for Peachtree Accounting, a Sage Software Small Business Division. Here she helped develop both qualitative and quantitative studies to help them with a new product positioning, and she also analyzed the feasibility of product expansion into a vertical market with final recommendations including both product and marketing activities. She then consulted for Sage Software, doing a competitive analysis for CRM products.

Prior to consulting, Vicki was Vice president of Product Management for Peachtree Accounting, where she had complete product and marketing oversight from product concept through delivery and launch. Based on an in-depth knowledge of the various vertical and horizontal markets, she was able to tailor both product and marketing activities to successfully meet specific target requirements.

Vicki learned the importance of linking a product or a brand to a customer need while working in various senior marketing and client service positions at Sales Technologies/Dun & Bradstreet. With clients as diverse as Upjohn, Kraft, Gillette, Sandoz, Johnson & Johnson, McNeil, Ford Motor Company, Abbott Labs and Bristol-Meyers Squibb, she was responsible for understanding the particular and unique needs of their sales and marketing organizations and customizing solutions to match those needs.

Prior to Sales Technologies, Vicki gained comprehensive experience in the financial software industry at MSA/Dun & Bradstreet Software where she worked in various areas of product development and marketing.

Today, in addition to being a partner at The BauerWorks, Vicki is also responsible for a small, but demanding group of consumers: her three sons.
